i have done it before and I am pretty sure I will do it once more. This blog of me keeps me a diary of events that I am doing to lose weight to get back in shape. I dont recommend these steps for anyone. This is my personal route and no medical support. This is what I do, and it requires a lot of determination. I will be taking a harder route this time , and hope this blog keeps me going.

Day 1 - Sunday 09/26/2010
Weight : 163.5 pounds
Morning - a glass of orange juice
Afternoon - a cup soup
Evening - A glass orange juice , a cup of black coffee
Weight : 160.6 pounds
Dinner - Sweet corn soup (bad choice) , salad
Post dinner - Coffee (was playing cards so couldn't control)
Weight : 161.4 pounds
Day 2 - Monday 09/27/2010
Weight: 161.2 pounds
Breakfast - black coffee ( 2 till noon)
Lunch - orange juice
Evening - Gym (30 min cycle + regular abs )
Dinner - 2 small cucumber + tomato soup
Weight: 159.8 pounds
Day 3
Weight : 157.5 pounds
Breakfast: Black coffee
Lunch : Vermacelli noodle soup with veggies
Evening: Gym ( 1 hr ) , 30 min cycling , 20 min walking
Dinner : hot and Spicy Knorr soup , 2 cucumber (small)
Post Dinner : Bowling with friends
Weight: 157.7 pounds
Day 4 Wednesday 09/29/2010
Weight 157.3 pounds
Breakfast: black black
Lunch - Tofu soup
Dinner - hot and Spicy vegetable soup
Weight : 156.8 Pounds
Day 5 Thursday ( this was my bad day , as i ate and drank too much)
Weight :156.0 Pounds
Breakfast : coffee black
Lunch: Pasta from cafe vivoli
Evening : starbucks coffee , 2 Peet's coffee from office
Home: Laid back, a double bread sandwich with can of coke and namkeen(spicy)
Dinner: 3 idly
Weight: 156.6 pounds
Day 6 Friday
Weight: 156.4 pounds
